Request a new game for VialStack hosting

1. Check the current catalog

Sign in to the Billing Panel and check the available game-server products. If the game is not listed, open a support ticket rather than ordering a different game as a substitute.

2. Send a game request

Include the exact game title. If it matters to your plans, also include your expected player count and whether you need mods or custom scenarios. Never include passwords, keys, or payment details.

3. What happens next

We check whether the game has a supported dedicated server, whether it works reliably with the service, and what plan sizes and settings it needs. A game is added to the catalog only after those checks are complete.

A request is not a promise of availability or a launch date, but it tells us which games customers want most. We will update your ticket when there is a confirmed answer.

Already requested a game?

Reply in the same ticket if you want to add player-count, mod, or scenario requirements. There is no need to open a duplicate request.
