Console not loading or buttons not working

Hard refresh the panel

Open panel.vialstack.com, then hard refresh so your browser pulls the newest panel files. On Windows/Linux press Ctrl + F5. On Mac press Cmd + Shift + R.

Try a clean browser session

Open the panel in a private/incognito window, or try another browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. This rules out a stuck cache or browser extension conflict.

Check blockers and networks

Temporarily disable ad blockers, script blockers, strict tracking protection, VPN filtering, or school/work network filtering for the panel. The console uses a live browser connection, so blockers can make it spin even when the server itself is online.

Send support the useful details

If it still fails, send VialStack support a screenshot, the page you were on, your browser name, whether private/incognito mode worked, and any red error shown in the browser developer console. We can investigate the panel side from there.

What not to do

• You do not need to reinstall your game server for a browser console loading issue.
• Do not delete server files unless support asks you to.
• If players are online, ask support before any restart or live server interruption.
